- Conduct feasibility studies, project management and appraisals. Country by Country analysis of client's product or service viability. Fine tuning local logistics to correspond with negotiated transaction terms.
- Identify and manage foreign risk by providing spot, updated and verified information on companies and individuals necessary for business/trade transactions including the
assessment of economic and political conditions, developing forecast indicators with medium term validity. Provide company, personal country or regional background information such as population, key officials, press restrictions, sectors of government participation, trade quotas and the verification and due diligence there of. Provide instructions on practical survival skills to include local customs and social expectations. - Maintain close contact with international organizations such as EXIM Bank, USAID, World Bank, IFC, UNIDO and The African Development Bank among others. Educate prospective clients on their requirements for successful relationship building and act as liaison.
